PFAS-Free Polymer Processing Aid (PPA Masterbatch)

• Fluorine-free, PFOA/PFOS-free — aligned with the PFAS-restriction direction of EU/US regulation.

Powder-Free Anti-Blocking Masterbatch

Modified erucamide + spherical silica compound system for PE/PP films. Powder-free, no blooming, no effect on transparency.

• Particle size: D90 ≤ 5 μm, D100 ≤ 12 μm — no large crystal points
• Melting window: 80–140 °C, gradient melting matches heat-seal temperatures
• Migration: surface enrichment reaches 85% of saturation within 48 h, no post-migration
• COF (1.8% loading): dynamic 0.19 initial → 0.21 after aging (50 °C × 72 h)
• Heat-seal strength (135 °C × 2 s): drop < 4% (52 → 50 N/15mm)
• Haze increase: ≤ 1.2% · Solvent-free lamination peel retention: 98.5%

Recommended dosage: 0.5–2.0% · Dedicated grades for garment bags, laminating film, water-cooled down-blown CPE film

Antistatic Masterbatch

• Surface resistivity 10⁸ – 10¹¹ Ω; fast static dissipation, prevents dust attraction.
• For electronics and pharmaceutical packaging; does not affect film transparency.
